Ross Rylance

Real estate has been part of Ross’s life from the beginning. His father was a builder and developer in Florida, while his grandfather was a prominent architect in Brisbane, Australia. Ross spent summers working alongside his family’s business, helping build homes throughout Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Coral Springs and developing an early appreciation for construction, development, and the real estate process.

His extensive entertainment background gives Ross another unique perspective. Over 38 years, he worked with entertainment groups and at iconic venues and events including the Hollywood Bowl, the Greek Theatre, and the Grammys. While real estate is now his primary focus, Ross remains deeply connected to the music and entertainment communities. As a proud member of KW Sports + Entertainment, he brings that experience and network to clients working in music, entertainment, sports, and other dynamic industries.

Ross approaches every client relationship much like a friendship—with transparency, generosity, and genuine care. Outside of real estate, Ross enjoys driving, dining out, spending time at the beach, and staying connected to the music community. He is also a volunteer with Musically Fed, supporting musicians and music-industry professionals in need. Ross is proud to call Santa Monica home and enjoys everything Southern California has to offer.
