Alexandra is the Director of Operations for BVO Luxury Group, where she oversees the strategy, systems, and agent experience behind one of the premier luxury real estate teams serving Arizona and California. With a passion for leadership, operational excellence, and building high-performing businesses, Alexandra is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for both clients and the agents who serve them.

A proud third-generation real estate professional, Alexandra grew up immersed in the industry before beginning her career in real estate operations. She went on to serve as a Market Center Administrator, Director of Operations & Finance, and Team Leader within Keller Williams, where she built a reputation for developing leaders, implementing scalable systems, recruiting top talent, and driving business growth. Today, she brings that experience to BVO Luxury Group, partnering closely with leadership to strengthen operations, elevate the client experience, and support the continued expansion of the team across Arizona and California.

Known for her relationship-driven leadership style and strategic mindset, Alexandra is passionate about helping real estate professionals build thriving businesses. Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors with her dogs, Franklin and Finlee, and continuously investing in personal and professional growth.
